Assistant Principal

Mrs. Katrina Custer

Katrina Custer is the Assistant Principal at W.B. Simpson Elementary.  She began her career in 2010 at WBS as a 3^rd grade teacher.  Since then she taught grades 1 -5  before transitioning to the Achievement Liaison Teacher in 2019.   She completed her Masters Degree in 2019 in School Leadership and became the Assistant Principal in 2021.  Mrs. Custer and her husband, Josh, currently reside in Felton with their three children, Jackson, Grace, and Blake. Mrs. Custer holds a degree in Bachelor of Science, from Wesley College and also has certifications in: Teacher of Elementary Education, Grade K-6 Teacher of Middle Level Mathematics, Grade 6- 8 and Teacher of Exceptional Children Grades K-12. She holds a Masters Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University.
