Mrs. Tiffany Adams
Mrs. Adams is a second grade teacher at W.B Simpson Elementary School and she has previously taught kindergarten at McIlvaine Early Childhood center since 2019. Mrs. Adams was also McIlvaine's Teacher of the Year in 2024-25! Mrs. Adams started teaching Pre-K in 2012 in her home town of Brooklyn, New York. While living in Brooklyn, Mrs. Adams attended CUNY Brooklyn College and received a Bachelors in Childhood Education, as well as a Bachelors in Children and Youth Studies in 2010. In 2012, she received her Masters in Early Childhood Education from CUNY Brooklyn College. Mrs. Adams and her husband moved to Delaware in 2019. They now have a baby girl, a dog and a cat. Mrs. Adams enjoys cooking for her family, reading to her daughter and taking cruises to beautiful beaches.
Mrs. Carrie Adkins
Mrs. Adkins has lived in Delaware since 1991. She attended Ohio University, but is a die hard University of Michigan football fan. She and her husband, SMSGT. Paul Adkins, raised their four boys in the CR District. Mrs. Adkins began as a substitute teacher in 2007 and has been an instructional paraprofessional with the district since 2011.

Mrs. Kaysi Anderson
Mrs. Kaysi Anderson teaches 5th grade at WBS. She began her teaching career in 2016 after she received her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood/Special Education from Alvernia University in Pennsylvania. In 2021, she received her Master's Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University. She was 2024-2025 CR District Teacher of the Year! When she's not at school, Mrs. Anderson enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, and reading.
Ms. Andrea Andrews
Andrea Andrews is a fourth grade teacher at W.B. Simpson. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education at Tennessee Technological University in Tennessee, Masters Degree in Administration and Supervision (K-12) at Tennessee Technological University, and her Educational Specialist Degree in School Systemwide Leadership at East Tennessee State University. Ms. Andrews has been working for Caesar Rodney and WB Simpson since 2014.

Mrs. Kristyn Bradford
Mrs. Kristyn Bradford teaches 2nd grade at WBS. She began her teaching career in 2011 after she received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In 2018, she received her Master's Degree in Special Education with a certification in Autism education from Wilmington University. When she's not at school, Mrs. Bradford enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.

Ms. Camika Clarke
Camika Clarke began her teaching career in 2007 after earning a bachelor's degree in childhood/ special education from Medgar Evers College located in Brooklyn, NY. In 2013, she earned a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Design. During her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
Ms. Jada Courtney
Jada Courtney is a Instructional Paraprofessional since 2024. She went to W.B Simpson and graduated from CR High School. She attended Delaware Tech where she got her Associates Degree in General Studies and played Softball there as well. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her puppy Ricky.
Miss Lauren David
Lauren David has been in the education field since 2013 and has worked with both preschool and school- age children. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Advocacy. In her spare time, she likes reading, traveling, going to the beach, preforming at her local theatre, and spending time with loved ones.
Mrs. Megan Dempsey-Byler
Mrs. Dempsey began her teaching career in 2013 at Simpson. She currently serves at the math coach working with students in grades first through fifth. Mrs. Dempsey has a degree in elementary education with a concentration in special education from the University of Delaware. A master's degree in teacher leadership from Walden University and a graduate certificate in Autism and Severe Disabilities from Wilmington University. In her free time, Mrs. Dempsey enjoys spending time with her family and reading.

Mr. Brad has been a 1:1 Paraprofessional since January of 2023 at W. B. Simpson Elementary School where he had previously been a student between Pre-K and 5th Grade! A graduate of the Delaware College of Art & Design and graduate of the University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a BFA in Animation, he loves to draw for the students

Denise Ewell-Fleming is a fifth-grade teacher at W.B. Simpson. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education Studies, and her Master’s Degree in Special Education at Wilmington University. Mrs. Ewell-Fleming has been working for the Caesar Rodney School District since 2020.

Mrs. Yvette Guinn
Family and Student Interventionist, obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science and a Master of Science Degree in Administration of Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security from Wilmington University. She began her journey with the State of Delaware in February 1997 serving in many different positions throughout her career. Mrs. Guinn enjoys sharing her skills, experiences, and expertise with others.

Mr. Rui Guo
Rui Guo is the 2nd grade Chinese Immersion Teacher at WBS. He started with the district in 2025. He has his Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Elon University and received his Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Language - English from Chengdu University of Technology. He also has a Master's in Theatre Education from University of Northern Colorado.

Mrs. Amanda Hobbs
Mrs. Hobbs began her teaching career at W.B. Simpson Elementary School in 2012. She currently serves as the Special Education Case Manager and 504 Coordinator. Mrs. Hobbs earned a Master's degree in Teacher Leadership from the University of Delaware and her undergraduate degree from Eastern University. In her spare time Mrs. Hobbs raises Boer goats with her family, coaches field hockey for Delaware Shore Field Hockey Association and enjoys spending time with her family.

Ms. Brittany Horton
Ms. Horton started teaching in the Caesar Rodney School District in 2022. She graduated with a Bachelor of science in Elementary Education/Special Education from Wilmington University. She is continuing to teach 2nd grade. When Ms. Horton is not at school she enjoys shopping, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.

Donna Hurd is our office clerk. She has been with W.B. Simpson since 2021. She loves what she does and enjoys watching the students grow and move up through the grades. Away from school she loves spending time with her family, and her beloved pitbull Finn.

Ms. Concetta Jamele
Ms. Jamele has been teaching since 2001 and started at WBS in 2025! She received her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City with a focus in book illustration and later obtained her Masters of Education degree from Monmouth University in New Jersey. She began as an illustrator and discovered her passion of working with young artists through the creation of 4 children’s books. She moved to Delaware from New Jersey with her teenage daughter in 2023 and has worked with PreK- 12th grade over the course of her career. In her spare time, you can find her painting, traveling or on a beach!
Mrs. Megan Kelly
Mrs. Kelly has been teaching at W.B. Simpson since 2021. Before beginning her professional teaching career, she graduated from Concord high school then West Chester University of PA, class of 2007. She has worked with children from infancy to 12 years old in various settings throughout her life. She has been a longtime volunteer with Special Olympics DE and Boy Scouts of America. Mrs. Kelly is additionally proud to be a wife and mother of three children.

Mrs. Samantha Lloyd
Mrs. Lloyd is a first grade teacher at WB Simpson. She began her teaching career in 2008. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Wilmington University in Elementary Education & her Master’s degree in Reading . Mrs. Lloyd lives in Camden-Wyoming with her husband & three children. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors & snuggling up with a good book!

Mrs. Morgan Lynch
Born and raised in Delaware, Morgan Lynch is a dedicated nursing professional committed to compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2018, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Delaware Technical Community College.
Morgan began her nursing career in 2018 at Bayhealth Sussex Campus, working on the Medical-Surgical unit, where she developed a strong clinical foundation. In early 2022, she transitioned to Delaware Hospice as an Admissions Nurse, where she continues to support patients and families during critical moments with empathy and expertise.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as hunting, and making memories on family beach trips.

Mrs. Erinne Malloy
Born and raised in Delaware, Mrs. Malloy graduated from Delaware State University in May 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. In 2019, she started as the a 2nd grade teacher for the Chinese Immersion Program at WBS and since transitioned to 3rd grade. She has taken many leadership roles, both as an educator and as a student, and enjoys getting involved in different organizations and events. In her free time, Mrs. Malloy enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and two daughters, as well as reading and listening to music.

Ms. Taylor Morris
Taylor Morris is a 3rd grade teacher at W. B. Simpson and is our current District Teacher of the Year! This is her 11th year teaching in the Caesar Rodney School District. Ms. Morris is a Delaware native and attended the University of Delaware for her Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education. Ms. Morris previously taught at McIlvaine Early Childhood Center before teaching at WBS. She resides in Camden-Wyoming and enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, fishing and relaxing at the pool! Her true passion is teaching children how to read!

She then obtained her master's degree in applied technology from Wilmington University. In her free time, Ms. Prince enjoys spending time with her dogs and cat.

Mr. Purse teaches music at WBS. He began his career in 2022 after graduating from Millersville University, in Lancaster Pennsylvania, with a B.S.E. in music education. Music has always been a passion of his and he enjoys making it accessible to any who choose to pursue it.

Mrs. Chelsey Sebok
Mrs. Chelsey Sebok is 1st grade teacher at WBS. She began as a paraeducator at WBS in 2022. She started her educator journey in 2016 in Early Childhood education. She graduated from Washington State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Social Science. She also received her Masters of Teaching -K-6 with Special Ed. endorsement at Relay Graduate School of Education. She looks forward to connecting with her students and creating a safe place for them in the classroom.
She is a proud Airforce spouse and mom of 2. In her free time, she loves reading, anything fitness related, and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Christine Smith
Mrs. Christine Smith is the 5th grade band teacher at W.B. Simpson, W. Reily Brown, Star Hill, & Allen Frear. She has been with the Caesar Rodney School District since 2023. She received her Master of Arts Degree in Applied Technology in Education in 2015 from Wilmington University. In 2007 she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education from Shepherd University.
Ms. Melanie Stalworth
Ms.Stalworth is a 5th grade teacher at W.B. Simpson Elementary School. She began her career in teaching in 2016 after graduating from Wilmington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She had the pleasure of working at Kent County Community School as well as Nellie Hughes Stokes. Then shortly after attained her Masters in Human Resources. She took a short break from teaching, and returned the 2020-2021 school year. She graduated with her Masters Degree in Special Education through Relay (K-12) in 2023. She looks forward to making connections with her students this year, and fostering a love for reading.

Mrs. Erin Taraboletti
Erin Taraboletti has been working as a Speech-Language Pathologist for Caesar Rodney School District since 2003. She holds a M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from East Stroudsburg University and is ASHA certified. In her time with the CR school district, she has worked with students from pre-K to 12th grade, with the majority of her time working with elementary aged students. She enjoys creating materials and keeping therapy sessions fun and functional. Mrs. Taraboletti spends her spare time reading and cheering on her two children in their sports and extracurricular activities.

Kayla Turlington graduated from Wilmington University with her Bachelor’s in Business Management in May of 2022. She was introduced to the world of Early Childhood in March of 2023. She enjoys working with children and watching them grow and succeed. She loves to spend time with family, listen to music, and watch the waves at the beach!

Mrs. Kaitlin Wilkes
Kaitlin Wilkes is the reading specialist and literacy coach at W.B. Simpson. She has taught in the Caesar Rodney School District since 2007 and has worked with first, second, and fourth grades as a classroom teacher. This is her second year as a reading specialist at W. B. Simpson. Mrs. Wilkes earned her elementary education degree at the University of Delaware and holds a Master of Science in the Education of Reading from Arkansas State University. Mrs. Wilkes was born and raised in Delaware (and a CR alum!) and resides with her husband and three sons. She loves to read and write and spends as much time outside as possible!

Ms. Onna Woods started at WBS in 2024 as a 4th grade teacher and is currently teaching in 5th grade. Prior to this she was at Caesar Rodney High School for 9+ years. She graduated from Caesar Rodney High School and received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Hampton University. In 2015, she received her Master's Degree in Elementary Education & Special Education from Wilmington University.

Miss Chunyang Yang
Chunyang Yang is a third through fifth grade Chinese Immersion Program teacher at W.B. Simpson Elementary School. Ms. Yang earned her Master of Education degree from University of Maryland, College Park and earned her Bachelor degree from Towson University. This is Ms. Yang’s third year teaching in Delaware. Ms. Yang really enjoys life in Delaware and she is very excited to be a part of the Simpson Family. She really enjoys teaching and learning with her wonderful students. Ms. Yang's favorite things to do are traveling and singing.
