Miss Kaysi Anderson

Mrs. Kaysi Anderson teaches 4th grade at WBS. She began her teaching career in 2016 after she received her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood/Special Education from Alvernia University in Pennsylvania. In 2021, she received her Master's Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University. When she's not at school, Mrs. Anderson enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, and reading.

Ms. Andrea Andrews

Andrea Andrews is a fourth grade Math and Science teacher at W.B. Simpson. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education at Tennessee Technological University in Tennessee, Masters Degree in Administration and Supervision (K-12) at Tennessee Technological University, and her Educational Specialist Degree in School Systemwide Leadership at East Tennessee State University.  Ms. Andrews has been working for Caesar Rodney and WB Simpson since 2014.

Mrs. Carrie Adkins

Mrs. Adkins has lived in Delaware since 1991.  She attended Ohio University, but is a die hard University of Michigan football fan. She and her husband, SMSGT. Paul Adkins, raised their four boys in the CR District. Mrs. Adkins began as a substitute teacher in 2007 and has been an instructional paraprofessional with the district since 2011.

Sarah Black grew up a CR Rider. She attended the University of Delaware and graduated with her Bachelors in Elementary Education and Special Education. Sarah has taught preschool, first grade, and third grade. When she is not at school, she enjoys Marvel movies, shopping, and hanging out with her precious dog named Macaroni.

Ms. Jennifer Bones

Ms. Bones is a former WB Simpson,  Fifer Middle School, and Caesar Rodney High School graduate.  She attended Mount St. Mary College in Newburgh, NY where she majored in Elementary Education, and played both Division lll Volleyball and Lacrosse.
She graduated from Wesley College with her Bachelor's Degree in Educational Studies, and most recently earned her Masters Degree in Special Education from Wilmington University.  
She has coached both JV Girls Volleyball and JV Girls Lacrosse at Caesar Rodney High School and is currently teaching 5th Grade at WB Simpson.
When she is not at school, Ms. Bones volunteers with a local organization, Pursuit for Peace. She also enjoys the beach, her family’s dogs, exercising and spending time with her family and friends.

Mrs. Kristyn Bradford

Mrs. Kristyn Bradford teaches 2nd grade at WBS. She began her teaching career in 2011 after she received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster,  Pennsylvania. In 2018, she received her Master's Degree in Special Education with a certification in Autism education from Wilmington University. When she's not at school, Mrs. Bradford enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.

Mandi Christensen teaches in a 4th and 5th grade looping cycle as an ELA and Social Studies teacher for the Chinese Immersion Program. Mr. Brad has been a 1:1 Paraprofessional since January of 2023 at W. B. Simpson Elementary School where he had previously been a student between Pre-K and 5th Grade! Mrs. Brenda Gomez

Mrs. Brenda Gomez is the Art Teacher at WB Simpson Elementary school in Camden, Delaware. She began her career teaching Art at Sul Ross Middle School in San Antonio, TX in 2019. She moved to WB Simpson after the USAF relocated her family to Dover, Delaware in 2021. Mrs. Gomez and her husband, Marco, have one daughter named Penelope, and one dog named Hermés. In her spare time, Mrs. Gomez likes to paint, explore new areas, and play the piano.

Mrs. Yvette Guinn

Family and Student Interventionist, obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science and a Master of Science Degree in Administration of Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security from Wilmington University. She began her journey with the State of Delaware in February 1997 serving in many different positions throughout her career. Mrs. Guinn enjoys sharing her skills, experiences, and expertise with others.

Mrs. Amanda Hobbs

Mrs. Hobbs began her teaching career at W.B. Simpson Elementary School in 2012. She currently serves as the Special Education Case Manager and 504 Coordinator. Mrs. Hobbs earned a Master's degree in Teacher Leadership from the University of Delaware and her undergraduate degree from Eastern University. In her spare time Mrs. Hobbs raises Boer goats with her family, coaches field hockey for Delaware Shore Field Hockey Association and enjoys spending time with her family.

Mrs. Megan Kelly

Mrs. Kelly is a graduate from Concord high school and West Chester University of PA, class of 2007.  She has worked with children from infancy to 12 years old in various settings throughout her life.  She has been a longtime volunteer with Special Olympics DE and Boy Scouts of America.  She additionally is proud to be the Mom to three children and a wife since 2008.

Ms. Chen Ling

Chen Ling teaches 1st grade Chinese immersion at W.B Simpson Elementary. Miss Ling graduated from University of Maryland, where she earned her master degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She has half year student teaching experience in first grade Chinese Immersion in Maryland. Miss Ling loves to sing songs and tell stories. She is very excited to start her 9th year at W.B.Simpson and wishes every student a wonderful year.

Miss Erinne Malloy

Born and raised in Delaware, Mrs. Malloy graduated from Delaware State University in May 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. She has been the 2nd grade teacher for the Chinese Immersion Program since being hired at W.B. Simpson in 2019. She has taken many leadership roles, both as an educator and as a student, and enjoys getting involved in different organizations and events. In her free time, Mrs. Malloy enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and two daughters, as well as reading and listening to music.

 Mrs. Lindsay Malloy is a 1st grade teacher at W.B. Simpson. Mrs. Malloy was born and raised in Magnolia, DE and is a Caesar Rodney graduate. After graduating, she continued her education at Wilmington University earning a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She started her teaching career in 2013. Taylor Morris is a 1st grade teacher at W. B. Simpson. This is her 11th year teaching in the Caesar Rodney School District. Mrs. Morris is a Delaware native and attended the University of Delaware for her Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education. Mrs. Morris previously taught at McIlvaine Early Childhood Center before teaching at WBS. Mrs. Morris resides in Camden-Wyoming. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, fishing and relaxing at the pool! Her true passion is teaching children how to read!

Mrs. Ongela Powell

Ongela Powell is a 5th grade teacher at W.B. Simpson Elementary School.  She began her teaching career in 2005 as a third-grade teacher after graduating with a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Wilmington University.  In 2018 she earned another Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Western Governors University and in 2020 she earned her certification in Special Education (K-12) from Wilmington University.  She previously worked as a math specialist for 10 years and also taught fourth grade.  Ongela enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and sports!

Caitlin Prince is a 3rd grade teacher at WB Simpson Elementary School. She began her career in the Caesar Rodeny school district in 2016 after graduating from Wilmington University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She then obtained her master's degree in applied technology from Wilmington University. In her free time, Ms. Prince enjoys spending time with her dog and cat.

Mrs. Sams is a paraprofessional who began her educational career at  W.B. Simpson Elementary School in 2016. She is currently attending Grand Canyon University for her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. Mrs. Sams serves on the School Health Committee. Outside of school, her interests include music, sports, reading, nature, and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Karine Scott

Karine Scott, a native French-Canadian, dreamed of becoming a physical education teacher following in her family’s footsteps. Her journey began when she relocated to the United States to play NCAA Division 1 Women’s Ice Hockey at Minnesota State University. She graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education. Upon graduation, she started teaching physical education at W.B. Simpson Elementary and Kent ILC in 2015. Karine has developed a phenomenal physical education and comprehensive school health program that promotes health and wellness and embraces a whole-child approach. Her passion and leadership allowed her to serve as the School Health Committee chairperson implementing school-wide initiatives such as Workout Wednesday and National Child Health Day. Karine was the recipient of several grants including Action for Healthy Kids, Bowler’s Ed, and First Tee of Delaware addressing the challenges of a strict fiscal budget. In addition, she serves as a representative for the Caesar Rodney School District Developmental Arts Council assisting in curriculum development. Karine earned her Master’s Degree in Sport Administration from Delaware State University. Her graduate internship with the Society of Health and Physical Education (SHAPE) Delaware advanced her professional aspiration to become the current SHAPE Delaware President. As president, she collaborates with the Department of Education and the Division of Public Health to impact surrounding communities throughout the state of Delaware. Karine continues to be a role-model by leading a healthy life-style with her husband and three sons.

Mrs. Chelsey Sebok is a resident teacher in first grade. She began as a paraeducator at WBS in 2022. She started her educator journey in 2016 in Early Childhood education. She graduated from Washington State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Social Science. She is now pursuing her Masters of Teaching -K-6 with Special Ed. endorsement at Relay Graduate School of Education. She looks forward to connecting with her students and creating a safe place for them in the classroom. 

She is a proud Airforce spouse and mom of 2. In her free time, she loves reading, anything fitness related, and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Jessica Shane

Mrs. Jessica Shane has served in the educational field since 2011.  She has the current role of Achievement Liaison Teacher (ALT) at W.B. Simpson. Mrs. Shane has previous experience as a reading specialist and has experience teaching grades K-3. Mrs. Shane's heart belongs to CR as a 2007 alumni.  She earned her undergrad degree in elementary education (K-6) from Wilmington University, Master's of Education in Reading (K-12), and is currently in school for her Doctorate in Leadership. In her spare time, Mrs. Shane loves taking care of her horses, traveling, and spending time with her fur babies & husband.

Ms. Melanie Stalworth

Ms.Stalworth  is a 5th grade teacher at W.B. Simpson Elementary School. She began her career in teaching in 2016 after graduating from Wilmington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She had the pleasure of working at Kent County Community School as well as Nellie Hughes Stokes. Then shortly after attained her Masters in Human Resources. She took a short break from teaching, and returned the 2020-2021 school year. She just graduated with her Masters Degree in Special Education through Relay (K-12) last fall. She looks forward to making connections with her students this year, and fostering a love for reading.

Dr. Cori Stoken is a 2nd-3rd grade looping teacher. This is her 12th year teaching and her 9th year at WBS. She is orginally from Baltimore, MD and loves the outdoors, animals, and running. Dr. Stoken has a horse, dog, and two goats. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach and the mountains with her family.

Mrs. Erin Taraboletti

Erin Taraboletti has been working as a Speech-Language Pathologist for Caesar Rodney School District since 2003. She holds a M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from East Stroudsburg University and is ASHA certified. In her time with the CR school district, she has worked with students from pre-K to 12th grade, with the majority of her time working with elementary aged students. She enjoys creating materials and keeping therapy sessions fun and functional. Mrs. Taraboletti spends her spare time reading and cheering on her two children in their sports and extracurricular activities.

Ms. Anique Wilson

Ms. Wilson started at W.B. Simpson in 2024.  She is currently an instructional Paraprofessional. Prior to Simpson, she worked as a Para from 2021 until 2023 at Stokes Elementary where her love for this job all started.  She is a Delaware native, and grew up in the Caesar Rodney School District 1st through 12th grade.  She graduated from Wilmington University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and Masters in the Administration of Justice and is currently pursuing my certification as a Paralegal.

Mrs. Kaitlin Wilkes

Kaitlin Wilkes is the reading specialist and literacy coach at W.B. Simpson. She has taught in the Caesar Rodney School District since 2007 and has worked with first, second, and fourth grades as a classroom teacher. This is her second year as a reading specialist at W. B. Simpson. Mrs. Wilkes earned her elementary education degree at the University of Delaware and holds a Master of Science in the Education of Reading from Arkansas State University. Mrs. Wilkes was born and raised in Delaware (and a CR alum!) and resides with her husband and three sons. She loves to read and write and spends as much time outside as possible!

Miss Chunyang Yang

Chunyang Yang is a second grade Chinese Immersion Program teacher at W.B. Simpson Elementary School. Ms. Yang earned her Master of Education degree from University of Maryland, College Park and earned her Bachelor degree from Towson University. This is Ms. Yang’s third year teaching in Delaware. Ms. Yang really enjoys life in Delaware and she is very excited to be a part of the Simpson Family. She really enjoys teaching and learning with her wonderful students. Ms. Yang's favorite things to do are traveling and singing.
