Miss Kaysi Anderson
Mrs. Kaysi Anderson teaches 4th grade at WBS. She began her teaching career in 2016 after she received her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood/Special Education from Alvernia University in Pennsylvania. In 2021, she received her Master's Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University. When she's not at school, Mrs. Anderson enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, and reading.
Ms. Andrea Andrews
Andrea Andrews is a fourth grade Math and Science teacher at W.B. Simpson. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education at Tennessee Technological University in Tennessee, Masters Degree in Administration and Supervision (K-12) at Tennessee Technological University, and her Educational Specialist Degree in School Systemwide Leadership at East Tennessee State University. Ms. Andrews has been working for Caesar Rodney and WB Simpson since 2014.
Mrs. Carrie Adkins
Mrs. Adkins has lived in Delaware since 1991. She attended Ohio University, but is a die hard University of Michigan football fan. She and her husband, SMSGT. Paul Adkins, raised their four boys in the CR District. Mrs. Adkins began as a substitute teacher in 2007 and has been an instructional paraprofessional with the district since 2011.

Mrs. Kristyn Bradford teaches 2nd grade at WBS. She began her teaching career in 2011 after she received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In 2018, she received her Master's Degree in Special Education with a certification in Autism education from Wilmington University. When she's not at school, Mrs. Bradford enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.

Lauren David has been in the education field since 2013 and has worked with both preschool and school- age children. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Advocacy. In her spare time, she likes reading, traveling, going to the beach, preforming at her local theatre, and spending time with loved ones.

A graduate of the Delaware College of Art & Design and graduate of the University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a BFA in Animation, he loves to draw for the students

She began her journey with the State of Delaware in February 1997 serving in many different positions throughout her career. Mrs. Guinn enjoys sharing her skills, experiences, and expertise with others.

Mrs. Amanda Hobbs
Mrs. Hobbs began her teaching career at W.B. Simpson Elementary School in 2012. She currently serves as the Special Education Case Manager and 504 Coordinator. Mrs. Hobbs earned a Master's degree in Teacher Leadership from the University of Delaware and her undergraduate degree from Eastern University. In her spare time Mrs. Hobbs raises Boer goats with her family, coaches field hockey for Delaware Shore Field Hockey Association and enjoys spending time with her family.

Ms. Horton started teaching in the Caesar Rodney School District in 2022. She graduated with a Bachelor of science in Elementary Education/Special Education from Wilmington University. She is continuing to teach 2nd grade. When Ms. Horton is not at school she enjoys shopping, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.

Donna Hurd is our office clerk. She has been with W.B. Simpson since 2021. She loves what she does and enjoys watching the students grow and move up through the grades. Away from school she loves spending time with her family, and her beloved pitbull Finn.
Mrs. Megan Kelly
Mrs. Kelly is a graduate from Concord high school and West Chester University of PA, class of 2007. She has worked with children from infancy to 12 years old in various settings throughout her life. She has been a longtime volunteer with Special Olympics DE and Boy Scouts of America. She additionally is proud to be the Mom to three children and a wife since 2008.

Chen Ling teaches 1st grade Chinese immersion at W.B Simpson Elementary. Miss Ling graduated from University of Maryland, where she earned her master degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She has half year student teaching experience in first grade Chinese Immersion in Maryland. Miss Ling loves to sing songs and tell stories. She is very excited to start her 9th year at W.B.Simpson and wishes every student a wonderful year.

Miss Erinne Malloy
Born and raised in Delaware, Mrs. Malloy graduated from Delaware State University in May 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. She has been the 2nd grade teacher for the Chinese Immersion Program since being hired at W.B. Simpson in 2019. She has taken many leadership roles, both as an educator and as a student, and enjoys getting involved in different organizations and events. In her free time, Mrs. Malloy enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and two daughters, as well as reading and listening to music.

Mrs. Taylor Morris
Taylor Morris is a 1st grade teacher at W. B. Simpson. This is her 11th year teaching in the Caesar Rodney School District. Mrs. Morris is a Delaware native and attended the University of Delaware for her Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education. Mrs. Morris previously taught at McIlvaine Early Childhood Center before teaching at WBS. Mrs. Morris resides in Camden-Wyoming. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, fishing and relaxing at the pool! Her true passion is teaching children how to read!

Ongela Powell is a 5th grade teacher at W.B. Simpson Elementary School. She began her teaching career in 2005 as a third-grade teacher after graduating with a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Wilmington University. In 2018 she earned another Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Western Governors University and in 2020 she earned her certification in Special Education (K-12) from Wilmington University. She previously worked as a math specialist for 10 years and also taught fourth grade. Ongela enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and sports!

Caitlin Prince is a 3rd grade teacher at WB Simpson Elementary School. She began her career in the Caesar Rodeny school district in 2016 after graduating from Wilmington University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She then obtained her master's degree in applied technology from Wilmington University. In her free time, Ms. Prince enjoys spending time with her dog and cat.

Mrs. Sams is a paraprofessional who began her educational career at W.B. Simpson Elementary School in 2016. She is currently attending Grand Canyon University for her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. Mrs. Sams serves on the School Health Committee. Outside of school, her interests include music, sports, reading, nature, and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Chelsey Sebok is a resident teacher in first grade. She began as a paraeducator at WBS in 2022. She started her educator journey in 2016 in Early Childhood education. She graduated from Washington State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Social Science. She is now pursuing her Masters of Teaching -K-6 with Special Ed. endorsement at Relay Graduate School of Education. She looks forward to connecting with her students and creating a safe place for them in the classroom.
She is a proud Airforce spouse and mom of 2. In her free time, she loves reading, anything fitness related, and spending time with her family.

Ms. Melanie Stalworth
Ms.Stalworth is a 5th grade teacher at W.B. Simpson Elementary School. She began her career in teaching in 2016 after graduating from Wilmington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She had the pleasure of working at Kent County Community School as well as Nellie Hughes Stokes. Then shortly after attained her Masters in Human Resources. She took a short break from teaching, and returned the 2020-2021 school year. She just graduated with her Masters Degree in Special Education through Relay (K-12) last fall. She looks forward to making connections with her students this year, and fostering a love for reading.

Mrs. Erin Taraboletti
Erin Taraboletti has been working as a Speech-Language Pathologist for Caesar Rodney School District since 2003. She holds a M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from East Stroudsburg University and is ASHA certified. In her time with the CR school district, she has worked with students from pre-K to 12th grade, with the majority of her time working with elementary aged students. She enjoys creating materials and keeping therapy sessions fun and functional. Mrs. Taraboletti spends her spare time reading and cheering on her two children in their sports and extracurricular activities.

Jamie Tucker has been the Student Behavioral Interventionalist at W.B. Simpson since 2022 and in the education field since 2003. Jamie has a Bachelors degree in Psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside with her husband and three sons.

Ms. Turner started her teaching career at W.B. Simpson in 2022. She graduated from Salisbury University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She finds joy when it comes to the little things in life. She cannot wait to see what experiences this career brings her as a teacher.

Ms. Welch has been teaching at W.B. Simpson Elementary School since 2022. She began her teaching career in 2014, having earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Special Education from Towson University. She graduated with her Masters Degree in Exceptional Children and Youth from the University of Delaware in 2021.
Ms. Anique Wilson
Ms. Wilson started at W.B. Simpson in 2024. She is currently an instructional Paraprofessional. Prior to Simpson, she worked as a Para from 2021 until 2023 at Stokes Elementary where her love for this job all started. She is a Delaware native, and grew up in the Caesar Rodney School District 1st through 12th grade. She graduated from Wilmington University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and Masters in the Administration of Justice and is currently pursuing my certification as a Paralegal.

Kaitlin Wilkes is the reading specialist and literacy coach at W.B. Simpson. She has taught in the Caesar Rodney School District since 2007 and has worked with first, second, and fourth grades as a classroom teacher. This is her second year as a reading specialist at W. B. Simpson. Mrs. Wilkes earned her elementary education degree at the University of Delaware and holds a Master of Science in the Education of Reading from Arkansas State University. Mrs. Wilkes was born and raised in Delaware (and a CR alum!) and resides with her husband and three sons. She loves to read and write and spends as much time outside as possible!

Chunyang Yang is a second grade Chinese Immersion Program teacher at W.B. Simpson Elementary School. Ms. Yang earned her Master of Education degree from University of Maryland, College Park and earned her Bachelor degree from Towson University. This is Ms. Yang’s third year teaching in Delaware. Ms. Yang really enjoys life in Delaware and she is very excited to be a part of the Simpson Family. She really enjoys teaching and learning with her wonderful students. Ms. Yang's favorite things to do are traveling and singing.
